This includes all gathering spaces on our first floor including - Destination Cafe, The Lounge, Grand Circuit Dining Room, Grand Foyer, Vestibule, and the Front Patio (weather permitting).  This space is handicap accessible.  Preferred by parties over 40 people. ONLY $175/Hour for parties on or before August 31st 2026

A favorite space on the first floor featuring a double fireplaces, traditional decor, and lots of windows.  Perfect for smaller groups no larger than 45.  The perfect spot for smaller birthday or holiday gatherings, baby or bridal showers and the alike.  ONLY $90/Hour h August for parties held on or before August 31st 2026

Also great for small groups under 25 people.  This includes our moody and cozy lounge and the cafe which is perfect for a food and beverage spread.  

Rich color, high ceilings, beautiful chandelier and tons of natural light great for bridal/babyshowers, happy hours, networking, and celebrations of life!  Holds approximately 18 -25 people.  ONLY $75/Hour for parties held on or before August 31st 2026

Large White Room with high ceilings and lots of natural light great for parties, reunions, ceremonies, banquets, and more!  Holds approximately 60 people.  ONLY $100/Hour for parties held on or before August 31st 2026

Great for meetings, private discussions, work area holds up to approximately 10 people. 

White ($50) or black ($35) tableclothes for all tables.  This is for all the tableclothes needed (indoors only)

A great small happy hour or pre-prom party area.  Included with rental of all the first floor spaces.  Available for an add-on to the Grand Circuit Studio for $20/hour.
