FAQ's and What to Expect:

A Magical Elevator: Step inside a beautifully decorated, elevator that sparkles with holiday magic. The moment we press the button, you’ll ascend into a world of winter wonder, filled with twinkling lights, gentle snowflakes, and the sweet scent of peppermint.

A Flight to the North Pole: As the elevator lifts, you’ll float high above the world (invisible to the city of Delaware below), passing through cotton candy clouds and over frosty forests, all while holiday music fills the air.

Meet Santa: When you arrive at the North Pole, Santa and a few of his helpers will be waiting to greet you, listen to your Christmas wishes, and spread festive cheer!

A Snowfall of Memories: A world of twinkling lights and holiday cheer, where jolly elves and Santa himself come to life. We'll capture the enchantment of the season in a timeless digital photograph—one you'll treasure for years to come.

Please Note: Due to the attention span of most littles (and some adults and elves) we have the elevator set to a super speed allowing us to reach the North Pole in a flash of Rudolph's nose.  The experience continues once you arrive at Santa's house so you will probably want to plan your entire trip to be 45-60 minutes.  Our flight schedule is every 15 minutes and the price varies only by a half or full elevator.  You may be paired with others if your elevator is not full.  

Handicap Accessibility - 

The Elevator can hold Wheel chairs.  There is a little bit of a threshold entering and about a 2 inch step when  departing the elevator and entering Santa's House.
