This includes all gathering spaces on our first floor including - Destination Cafe, The Lounge, Grand Circuit Dining Room, Grand Foyer, Vestibule, and the Front Patio (weather permitting). This space is handicap accessible. Preferred by parties over 40 people.
A favorite space on the first floor featuring a double fireplaces, traditional decor, and lots of windows. Perfect for smaller groups no larger than 45. The perfect spot for smaller birthday or holiday gatherings, baby or bridal showers and the alike.
Also great for small groups under 25 people. This includes our moody and cozy lounge and the cafe which is perfect for a food and beverage spread.
We have varying items you may like to add. Many are available without an additional charge. Please ask if you do not see an item you are interested in below.
White or black tableclothes for all tables. This is for all the tableclothes needed (indoors only)
A great small happy hour or pre-prom party area. Included with rental of all the first floor spaces. Available for an add-on to the Grand Circuit Studio for $20/hour.
